Established in 1977, Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool) is a part of the prestigious S. P. Mandali, Pune with two sprawling campuses in Mumbai and Bengaluru. WeSchool is amongst the multiple educational Institutes governed and run by S. P. Mandali, prominent amongst them being Ruia College and Poddar College in Mumbai.

Till date this program has resulted in over 400 students having successfully completed 50 Projects over a period of two years, turning them into solutions for societal and business benefits.

With a view of providing holistic student growth and development, this voluntary-run and mandatory program is integrated into the regular PDGM curriculum as a credit course to boost the Emotional Quotient (EQ) in addition to the Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
